Summerwood Condominiums, located in   Mashpee Massachusetts, is on the southeast coast of Cape Cod. 

Mashpee, the fastest growing community on Cape Cod, is   10 miles east of Falmouth and ten miles west of Hyannis. Boston and Providence are approximately 70 miles to the North and West respectively.

 Mashpee Commons, with a quaint village atmosphere, is less than a mile away, and has over 90 Shops and restaurants, several banks and grocery stores, a Blockbuster video store and a movie theater. If you need real estate, legal, medical or consultation services, they’re at Mashpee Commons too.

Half of Cape Cod’s golf courses surround our community and tennis courts, hiking and biking trails and beaches are all close by.   There are many ponds and lakes stocked with trout and bass, and if you like bigger game fish,  deep- sea fishing is available only a short distance away as well.

Summerwood has 117 two story Townhouses.  The end units in each building have a fireplace.  

Each unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen/dining area, patio and a full basement.  

There is a swimming pool and tennis court for the resident’s use.
